Rural Farmers Grow Grant

Thanks to Amy Morley's great idea, and the hard work of our parent and board member, Anna Johnson, ARS was awarded $10,000.00 by the Rural Farmers Grow STEM funding program to purchase a weather station and Foss science kits!

What a win for our staff and students!

2015-2016 Information

We have exciting announcements for the 2015-2016 school year!

We will be refreshing and expanding our 1:1 technology initiative. This year, all students in grades 4-8 will receive an iPad Air to enhance their studies across the curriculum. The technology fee for grades 4-8 is $50. There is no longer student fee. See below for a copy of our iPad Agreement, which must be signed by parents and students before an iPad will be issued. Additionally, please be on the lookout for an email from Apple about creating an Apple ID. If your student already has their own Apple ID, they do not need to create a new one. The Apple ID account is not optional. Parents and students also need to sign and return the Network Required Use Policy linked below.

About Apple ID for Students

Students in grades K-3 will have access to MacBook carts, an iPad cart, a computer lab, and two computers in each classroom. All students must sign and return the Network Required Use Policy linked below. The technology fee for K-3 is $40.

Additionally, after school care is now available at the middle school through Renaissance Adventures. Check out the middle school tab to get more information and print out an application!

Orgs Online will now be utilized for taking payments for many of our items this year.  This will include field trips, special t-shirt orders, technology fees, etc.  Be sure to create an account for your family.  You can access the website by going to the school pages and clicking on the Orgs Online link.
