Federal Income Survey

Under the No Child Left Behind legislation, the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction must collect family income data from all schools. These statistics help ensure ARS receives Title 1 and eRate funds from the Federal government. Please see the letter and form below that were sent home. We must have a survey from all families by November 10, 2014.
