IT & Communications Director
I have been at ARS since December of 1999.
I began as the middle school computer teacher, then spent the next 22 years teaching Social Studies for grade 6-8. Even though I greatly miss teaching in the classroom, I am enjoying my new role, as the IT & Communications Director, because I get to learn lots of new things and help other people solve problems.
I enjoy spending time with my lovely wife (ES music teacher Sarah Rogers) and family, cooking, reading, and gardening. Our son Wilson lives in Raleigh (Go Pack), and our daughter Emma lives in Boston (Go Deacs).
