Middle School Open House
The Middle School will host a Zoom Open House on February 4th at 6:00 pm. Middle School teachers will present a slide show presentation on "What goes on at ARS Middle School" and take questions. The Zoom ID is 704 878 6009. We hope to see you there! Also, keep your eye out for our Virtual Tour video on our website by February 2nd.
Spring Photos
Elementary on March 8th - Free dress for Elementary only - all students in the school will get their photo taken according to schedule.
Remote students will be allowed into the school starting at 3:15 until 4:15. Students will enter the building through the front door after their parents check them in using the PikMyKid app. Students will get temps taken and then go to the Donovan Cook Center to get their photographs done. Students will then meet their parents at the Donovan Cook door.
Middle School will be on Tuesday, March 9th - Free dress for Middle School students for photos - Remote students can come into the building between 3:15 - 4:15.
Lunch INFO
ISS will be on Spring Break on March 8th and 9th. We will NOT be providing breakfast or lunch during these days. The remainder of the week is Remote Learning days. Please plan on packing your child a lunch on March 8th and 9th.

Due to a recent increase in Covid-19 exposures in the school, we have modified the health screening questions in PikMyKid. It is essential that we all act with extra caution in order to prevent having to quarantine individuals or entire classrooms. Below are the new questions in both English and Spanish. Take a moment to read and make sure you understand them before Monday.

Since your child was last in school, has he/she been diagnosed with COVID-19? Or has your child been tested for COVID-19 with results still pending?

Has your child been in close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 or someone who has been tested for COVID-19 with results still pending?

Does your child have fever, chills, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, new cough, sore throat, headache, vomiting or diarrhea?

Backpack Program
The backpack program is in need of the following items:
- mac and cheese cups, noodles
- breakfast items
- can goods
- snacks
- water enhancers.
Feel free to use the carline of either campus to drop off items for the backpack program.
