iPad Self-Service

If you are having trouble with your iPad at school, follow the steps below before asking for help. After each step, check to see if the problem is resolved.

  1. Turn Wi-Fi off, wait 10 seconds, turn it back on.
  2. Check to make sure you are connected to the "ARS" wireless network.
  3. Reboot your iPad.

If these steps do not help, ask your teacher for assistance.

Password Help

You have two primary logins. One is your NCEdCloud account, used to access PowerSchool, Schoolnet, and Canvas. The other is your ARS account, which is used to log in to Google Apps, Study Island, and all other school systems.

If you have forgotten either of your logins, ask your teacher for assistance.
