ITEMS TO HAVE IN BOOK BAG DAILY:

• 2 pocket folder labeled with student name and MATH
• 2 pocket folder labeled with student name and SCIENCE
• 2 pocket folder labeled with student name and HOMEWORK TO DO
• 2 pocket folder labeled with student name and HOMEWORK TO HAND IN
• Highlighter
• Manual pencil sharpener
• Pencils and erasers
• Large eraser for Art
• 1 pair ear buds in bag or container - labeled with student name
• Current student (not parent) library card - needed on library days
• ARS Student planner (purchased from school at Open House)

ITEMS TO DONATE TO AR CLASSROOM (Please bring to Open House)

• 3 packs copy paper
• 2 boxes of tissues
• 1 pack loose leaf, wide ruled notebook paper
• 2 packs pencils- no plastic coating or mechanical
• 1 container of Clorox or Lysol wipes
• 1 pack Expo dry erase markers- large size, any color
• 1 bottle hand sanitizer
• 1 yellow highlighter
• BOYS- 1 box of crayons and 1 box of markers
• GIRLS- 1 box bandages and scotch tape

INDIVIDUAL CLASS NEEDS:

MATH

• 2 composition books OR 1 subject spiral notebooks labeled MATH and students name (keep one in messenger bag, turn other one in to Math teacher)

SCIENCE

• 1 composition book labeled SCIENCE and student name (keep in messenger bag)

ART

• 4th Grade- 1 pack modeling clay and 1 skein of yarn
• 5th Grade- 1 or 2 black Sharpie markers and 1 pack of Post-it Notes

SOCIAL STUDIES (4th and NEW 5th grade students)*

• 1 composition book labeled SOCIAL STUDIES and student name (to be kept in class)

LANGUAGE ARTS (4th and NEW 5th grade students)*

• 1 compostition book labeled LANGUAGE ARTS and student name (to be kept in class)

*Returning 5th grade students will continue using last year's composition book for both Social Studies and Language Arts.

SPANISH

• 3 ring binder (1 1/2 inch)- labeled SPANISH and student name
• Pencil pouch with binder holes to be secured in binder
• Sharpened pencils inside pouch

MUSIC

• 4th Grade- Pencils
• 5th Grade- Large erasers (not pencil top erasers)
